" Celebrate Chinese festivity During the Incredible Lantern Festival." 2022 Global Oversea
During the Chinese Lunar New Year, in the spirit of celebrating the success of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, the Chinese TV station in Washington hosted the "Love of Overseas Chinese" Lantern Festival Chinese grand ceremony - "2022 Global Overseas Chinese Lantern Festival Party (cloud), which was broadcast online on the 15th of the first month, and the credits go to Xiaohong Chen and Yan Yuan who were the chief planners, the World Peace Federation which was the guide.
The Lantern Festival is the last important festival in Chinese Spring Festival customs. It is also an essential part of Chinese traditional culture. The " Celebrate Chinese festivity During the Incredible Lantern Festival" 2022 Global Overseas Chinese Lantern Festival Party (cloud) was held under the global raging of COVID-19 with great significance. This ceremony is a reunion, a big gathering, and a great get-together for the overseas Chinese, who are peace-loving, altruistic, friendly, communicative, and reflective.
It was a great honor to receive video blessings and congratulatory letters from the Consul General of China in San Francisco, the chairman of Shanxi Federation of overseas Chinese, Federations of overseas Chinese from Hunan, Changchun, Changsha, and Shaoyang, in addition with videos and congratulatory letters from international dignitaries from more than 20 countries as well as the contribution and presence of more than a dozen of countries during the festival.
The party was co-sponsored by the Sino-American Friendship Association, Asia Satellite Media Group Limited, DenmarkRoyal Press, Beijing Xiangqun Hangfei Cultural Promotion Co., Ltd., Daqian Zhang Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, South Korea • New Asia Pacific Culture and Art Federation, Sichuan Jinhe creative business/operation management company in China, Thai-Chinese Cultural Centre, Denmark-China Economic and Trade Promotion Association, Auspicious Thailand International group, Hunan Xiangtan Incredible Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., the All American Chinese Association and more than 20 other associations and organizations.
Mr. Xiangqun LV, chairman of Beijing Xiangqun Hangfei Cultural Promotion Co., Ltd from Beijing China, recommended a "tiger" painting donated by master Ge Gao, President of Beijing Daqian Zhang Chinese Academy of Calligraphy and Painting, to the organizing committee. Mr. Ge Gao, an art master, is universally recognized as the first person in the art industry to "paint tigers in prosperous times." His works have been selected into Asia's “top 500” and have won International Gold Awards. In addition, he has been on the CCTV Spring Festival gala three times and painted on site.
